osTicket is not sending mail replies anymore since yesterday
SMTP diagnostic is passed but when replying to a ticket the page stalls for a while (longer than usual), saves the reply, but does not send any mail. Do I need to install a newer version?

    I mean yea, you should always stay on top of upgrades. 1.14.x is no longer supported.

    You can check your Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs for any related Mailer Errors.
