Loos in mail detected

It appears as though mesa.soporte@midominio.com is being used as a forwarded or fetched email account and is also being used as a user / system account. Please correct the loop or seek technical assistance.

You have an email loop. Look at the affected emails and see how it's happening.

You are using the same email address in more than one place.
Which sounds like it is causing an loop.
A loop is created when the system sending an email would result in the email going to the ticket system... which would trigger a email to be sent, which would then go to the ticket system.
