Hello,
I currently have osTicket on an Ubuntu 23.04 with an Apache 2.4.55.
All the requirements for osTicket are met for me (everything with a green tick).
Today I tried to connect the first mailbox or the first email address for the ticket system, but I always get the error message (cannot login, user or password wrong), the access data are definitely correct, I've already tried everything with the domain and to write the username (AD.BEISPIEL-DOMÄNE.COM\Sampleuser) but I always get the same message on port 143 and 25.
When I use port 993 I get the error message (cannot connect to host ; error = fsockopen(): Unable to connect to ssl://SERVERNAME.AD.BEISPIEL-DOMÄNE.COM:993 (Unknown error) (errno = 0 ))

Do I have to pay attention to something here with Exchange 2019 or is this possibly a problem with osTicket?

Oh, I forgot to mention that, I use legacy authentication because I have no idea how to implement OAuth2 for an on-premise exchange (hosted myself) and currently have little interest in activating OAuth2 to be honest.

R="TAG1 BAD Command received in Invalid state."
