Unable to add collaborators to tickets

Hello, OSTicket Information:

We discovered that we are no longer able to add collaborators to tickets. When trying to add collaborators to tickets; we type in the name of the person and nothing appears in the box. I have confirmed that these users exists in the directory (Agent Panel -> Users -> User Directory). I have looked into the logs on the server; there is nothing in the MySQL logs, PHP, or Apache2 logs. Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this issue?

Inspect the page, go to Network tab, click Preserve Logs, make a search, and see what the response is.

Inspect - Network tab showed an error 500. Checked the apache error logs and observed the Auth-LDAP plug-in throwing errors. I deleted the plugin, restarted apache2 and when I did that, I was able to assign collaborators to tickets.

Did you upgrade osTicket at some point and not upgrade the Auth-LDAP plugin?
