Fetching emails to create tickets

Hello,

I just moved my local osticket server to AWS server.
used commands to migrate osticket folder and osticket db from local server to AWS server.
The problem is just configured email setting successfully and tested but when users send mail to specific mail it doesn't create tickets.
osticket can access mailbox but can't fetch to create tickets.

Can anyone support.

So you enabled Email Fetching under Admin Panel > Emails > Settings? You also created a cron job? Have you verified it's actually running and working? You can verify this by setting your Admin Panel > Settings > System > Default Log Level to DEBUG, Save Changes, wait for the cron to run, and check your Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs for the Cron Job entry.
