We have an agent getting "Access Denied" when trying to login to the staff login page with their active directory credentials. I checked both the osTicket logs and the Apache error log and didn't see anything relevant to this issue. I'm able to login fine with my own AD creds so I'm not sure what the issue is. I tried increasing the number of login attempts and that didn't work. I'm new to osTicket administration in general so if there's any obvious things I should check, please let me know. I did a bit of googling and there wasn't much on this particular issue.

Clear cookies and sessions and retest. Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
