I have osTicket-v1.15.2

When I try to open a new ticket show me next message:

Espere, por favor!
Por favor, espere... tomarĂ¡ un segundo!

And this is in a cicle .. I can't open a new ticket.

The info of my installation is:

    You are using an old, outdated, and unsupported version of osTicket. You need to upgrade to either v1.16.6 or v1.17.3 and retest.
