Problem when I try to use "Admin Panel" first time.

I installed osticket v1.17.3 in a MAMP server with PHP 8.1.13, after installed it show me:

and when I select "Admin Panel" show me: osTicket-v1.17.3/upload/scp/settings.php

Umm…where did you download the code from? We don’t have a file named ajax-check-mysql-running.php so it appears this is not the official codebase.

You are right, that's no the problem.

I'm looking what is the problem that I have... when I click in "Admin Panel"

only show me this message:

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

I have seen that is affected this file: apache_error.log

Your PHP is segfaulting for some reason. You will need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Yes, 1.16.6 and v1.17.3 are the latest releases. However, PHP 8.2 is not fully supported yet. Only 8.0-8.1 is.
