Hello everyone! Could you please tell me what is the difference between zendesk and osticket? I'm new to this, I would be interested to know the opinion of someone who has used both applications, which one is easier to use and other pros and cons.
I have been using Zendesk, now I am trying OsTicket. I can say that they are both easy to use. As far as I've understood, the features are about the same. Bummer they don't list osTicket! I've tried a few of them on the list and, well, osTicket fits us very well.
