Hi im seeing tickets getting referred to default and I can't figure out why. I read a couple of other threads with similar issue and I have verified the department is set correctly under admin->emails->(dept email)->New Ticket>Department (ie its not set to System Default)
And a second issue, I want to remove this referral so I open the ticket (when logged in as admin user) and I try to click the gear top right, but there are no options in the drop down. what could be wrong?
