I don’t think anyone here is familiar with that host; or at least I haven’t seen any posts about it. Anyways we’ll need way more information on this in order to assist you. There could be many things wrong and we’d just be guessing without proper information.
What is your system information (Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information)? How are you authenticating the email? What protocol are you using? What kind of mail server? Are you running into any errors? Have you configured the fetching information for the email and made sure it is connecting and authenticating successfully? Have you enabled fetching at the system level? Have you configured a cron job to trigger mail fetch?
