You’ll have to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. I will note that if you upgraded your PHP but didn’t upgrade osTicket it’s likely the osTicket version you are using is not compatible with the PHP version you upgraded to.
