I have my osTicket set up and working but when trying to use Active Directory authentication to login I cannot seem to get it to work. When running through the setup I have no issues and it shows everything is working as it should but I cannot login to the system with my windows username. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My information is below:

osTicket Version v1.17.3 (ca95150) — Up to date
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Version 8.0.33
PHP Version 8.2.6

PHP 8.2 is not fully supported yet.

How are you logging in? As an Agent or User? Agents have to exist in osTicket beforehand and their email and username has to match whatever is in AD. Also, their Authentication Backend must be set explicitly to AD or "Any Available". As for Users, as long as registration is set to Public, if they don't already exist in the system, it should create an account and register them automatically.

Make sure you are using this custom build of the plugin until a new, official build is released:

Cheers.

Currently I am using the account I created when I deployed the ticketing system, and now that I have downgraded PHP and try to log in using my AD creds I get a page that shows it is not available. I cant remember the exact error i am home now but may VPN in to work so I can try it again.
