Error 500 Open.php

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem when someone creating a ticket,

After pressing create ticket button an error will be shown:

Error 500 Internal Server...

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://192.168.0.17/osTicket/upload/open.php(http://192.168.0.17/osTicket/upload/open.php). It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Here's the log in my php:

Hi Guys,

I think the caused of this issue is when the alerts and notices > New Ticket Alert > department member (email) was enabled.

Do we have solution for this?

Do you actually have a C:\xampp\htdocs\osTicket\upload/include/class.signal.php?

Because I don't.... Which would lead me to believe that you are not running 1.7ST.
