I feel as if i am so close - Submit help

I am almost set up (I think) and am to the point where i am wanting to submit a ticket. I can do so all day long with the "New Ticket Autoresponce" set to Disable. But i need them to be on. So i turned it on. Now when you go to fill out a ticket you get the following message...

Warning: require_once(Mail.php) : failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/web230/html/swissgourmetclub/osTicket/include/class.email.php on line 151

Fatal error: require_once() : Failed opening required 'Mail.php' (include_path='.') in /home/www/web230/html/swissgourmetclub/osTicket/include/class.email.php on line 151

Can someone point me in the right direction or can i get a bit of help PLEASE??!?

Also seems to get the same warning when i try to respond to a ticked in a ticked thread.

Any ideas?

This error is almost identical to the one that you posted about the other day. I feel like either your webserver is misconfigured or php is misconfigured.

You may want to look into include-path. You can also use phpinfo() from test page to see what is in your current include-path.

You may want to check your open_basedir directive in your php.ini.
