We have installed and configured the OsTicket, however, we are unable to receive notification emails from the new ticketing tool regarding ticket status

error says, unable to connect to Gmail server, we have used the right port numbers ( 587 and 465)

    What other information are you using? Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.

      Oh.. you are using a very old, outdated, and unsupported version. Please upgrade to one of the latest stable versions and retest.
