Have your administrator create a local account

Hi there,

I have a problem with osticket version 1.17 and the oauth2 plugin.

Everything works fine with my SSO when a user logs in as a user, but when they try to log in as a technician (which I'd like to do because it's a tool that will be on an intranet), it sends me back the message: Ask your administrator to create a local account

Does anyone know how to automate the creation of an administrator account in this version of osticket and/or what function I should activate in the administration panel?

You cannot. You must manually add each Agent. Reason being is you have to configure Department Access, etc.
