We have multiple departments within our organization that we support IT for, and it's important for us to know what user is under what department.
It would be GREAT to have the user pick their own department when submitting a ticket via the web form instead of using a default dept.
We like to have the reporting as accurate as we can and right now the default department is skewing the data on the dashboard for open tickets.
Any help from someone more experienced at coding than I? :)
