I have an issue trying to create a new ticket from the agent console is failing to show the users list in here:

Does anyone have an idea what caused this? I found an old thread which was closed with, LDAP Plugin being the culprit but that works perfectly for login on agent and user console. Is there any way I can find out more about it?

    Do you use LDAP at all? If so, do you have the Lookup information added properly?
