I am writing because I have a problem, I have recently installed the osTicket 1.17 tool on my IIS server, I am making configurations in the application, and I see that there is an option that allows to generate tickets by email, by configuring it according to the manual, and Do the corresponding tests, I find that it does not generate tickets when I send emails to the email address assigned in the tool, can you help me? Could I have skipped a step?
Limited to this I have to say that I have given permissions to the user that I have created for the application, as well as I have created an application in Azure to link it with osTicket.
