We need to be able to report response time and and service time by SLA record. Is there any way to add SLA as a tab on the dashboard's statistics or would that have to be custom work? Any advice on how we could get this info from the system would be greatly appreciated.

    You would need to customize the code. When making any modifications to the codebase you are on your own. We don't have any code documenation/guides/how-to's/etc. With that being said, our codebase is open source and publicly available on Github for you to review.
