Hello I would like to know if there is a way to limit de agents list showed when you want to assign a task to an agente. Right now all the agents are showed, but I would like to show only the agents of the department selected.

But that's not the behaviour we expected. We would like to select a department and then see only the agents in that department on the staff drop-down.

That is not possible at this time. You can only restrict the Agent list by the Departments the opening agent has access to.
