HI, after upgrate form version after upgrade from 1.15.X to 1.17.2 and PHP 8.0 there are problems with attachments. The attachment is not sent on the first attempt but yes on a subsequent one. There are no httpd error logs (apache) and no message on web interface. What can I check on my configuration? Thanks
