Hi All,
I am trying to setup osTicket to log tickets via emails received.
I have setup the email config as required in this post

However, nothing I do makes it accept tickets via email.
I have the email setup as imap and to delete emails from the mailbox after being polled.
But emails don't leave the mailbox and no new tickets are being logged that way. If I log a ticket via the web portal, I get a response from that email address saying that the ticket is logged.
Please help
