LDAP Server died and now can't log in

We had a Windows LDAP server die yesterday, and it appears to have been the one that OSTicket was talking to. Where can I find the server address in the config files to point it at an alternative server? I only need to change the IP. I can't even log in with the internal ost-admin user as the Login button doesn't respond, presumably because ldap is broken...

Go to the ost_config table in the database, look for the config items related to the plugin in question (should be namespace containing plugin and the plugin ID), and update the needed config options.
