I had a working OAuth2 config but after 90 days the token expired and I reauthorized on Microsoft using the wrong e-mail and now I'm unable to get the Microsoft login form again to enter the valid e-mail. I'm already checking the database where osTicket has stored the token and other oAuth2 stuff, but maybe there an easier way to force osTicket to show me the M365 login forms?

websafe Ok, found it, had to edit resource_owner_email in the SQL table ost_config. Should be easier.

It is.. Just upgrade to v1.17.3, install the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin, and you'll see a button to Delete the Tokens and will allow you to re-authorize afterwards.

      Cheers.
