I've got a fresh new Linux server, fresh install of OSTicket, working great. The old server's got a number of custom forms we've been using the last few years. Is there a way to either export them so I can move them to the new one, or perhaps grab them from the old system's file system?

There is no native export/import method for forms at this time. You can export the relevant tables from the old database and import them to the new database but you’ll have to iron out any issues that may arise. It’s better to just manually build them out again to be super clean if you can't migrate the data from the old instance.

I forgot to mention that we have ERDs available in our documentation that will help map the tables and data.
