Email Fetching not working

I'm using Osticket suddenly my email fetching has stopped working please let me know how to resolve. The same thing happened before few days I had uninstalled the total data from server and reinstalled from softaculouse.

Please guide regarding the same

Softaculous is not vanilla osTicket. They use a custom auto installer. You can try installing osTicket the normal, recommended way and see if you have any issues.

Just read this and wondering if their is any downside to using a Softaculous install and then the updater. I have had mine installed for years.

I’m not too sure but it should be fine. I just can’t recommend using their auto-installer or auto-updgrader (if they even have one). It’s so simple to install/upgrade yourself that there is really no need. I mean I do see the point but it’s just a few steps; anyways, I digress.
