settings for SMTP with O365 email

So I am having trouble with my Outgoing (SMTP) mail. The Remote Mailbox is configured and working well. But some permission has changed for broken for the SMTP.

Has anyone else had any issues with this? I was using port 25 with no authentication for SMTP before it stopped working. I've tried port 587 and OAuth2 but it just gives an error.
"Could not open socket: stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to tcp://smtp.office365.com:587 (Connection timed out)"

Your issue might be firewall based on your error message: "Unable to connect to tcp://smtp.office365.com:587 (Connection timed out"

Have you checked your tenant in Microsoft to see if there known issue?

We just started having issues with Oauth2 emails going out to Office 365 as well. It has been working for months but just stopped working yesterday. We are still troubleshooting. I'll post here if we find anything out.
