So my forms, default and custom, do not load on the user side when the user is trying to open a ticket. This is a new install that has not been in production. The forms pop up just fine when agents are opening tickets. I am running Nginx, but I switched to Apache and seeing the same behavior. I prefer Nginx for a lot of reasons. Wondering if I just need something added to serve the /js folder?
