It really sounds like you need to contact your server admin or hosting provider. Something is not right with your setup.

I switched to PHP8.1 solved this problem.
But I got another problem while trying to configure ldap. the site is unresponsive, and I get an error message at osticketlog

It’s saying it’s timing out (ie. taking too long). Something isn’t right. There is another thread on here somewhere that has a new build of the plugin that might help.

i have removed and added new plugin compatible with v1.17 from osticket homepage, But it not works
