I use OS Ticket version 1.15. Everything was fine until yesterday, but suddenly strange things happened.
In the client panel, only the ticket header is displayed.
In the panel of agents, the list of tickets is displayed empty.
The list of agents is not displayed in the admin panel.
In short, the content of the site seems to have disappeared, but all the data is available in the database.
I even updated OS Ticket to the latest version, but it didn't work. I also backed up my database and my site and restored on deferent server but not worked.
I really don't know what to do. please help in anybody knows.

For one, you are running an old, unsupported version. Secondly, you need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) on the server to see if there are any errors being thrown.

I fount time zone error in php error log.
It tells you have unknown or bad time zone, but i didn't change server or osticket time zone!
