Installation Error at the last step

Hi,
I'm installing OSTicket to try it and i have a problem at the end of the install.
When i arrive at the menu where i need to enter information about the database and mail to login, i enter all the good informations and click "Install now" but then nothing happen, my webpage stay all white and do nothing.
The database i use exist in mysql
The user root exist too in mysql and his password is good
The mail i use are fictive but i think that's not a problem
Maybe its a privilege problem but i dont know how to fix

Any idea ?

You need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Ive just take a look in the error.log in apache logs and when i press install now, it returns me a php fatal error.
The error is the following (its abour privigele for root)

Can you help me fix it ?

I dont know how to give acces to root, should i do a chmod on /var or on mysql.php
I dont understand the rest of the log signification (French Windows friendly user 🙂 )

It’s simply saying the user you provided (root) does not have access to the given database (osticket). Make sure you have given the root user full privileges to the database, flush the privileges, restart MySQL, and retest. If you don’t know how to give a user access to a database then please look at MySQL documentation.

SO !
I use a lot of CHMOD 777 🙂, it was all useless.
I just create a new user call AdminTicket in mysql and grant all privileges to him,
Then i use him insted of root in the install webpage, and it works.
I thought i could use root but now it works for me, thank your for your time.
