I'm using it with Apache, and when the agents try to open the osticket url, the message comes,
Forbidden "You don't have permission to access this resource." on localhost it works normally, what is wrong with my installation?

Your webserver is refusing access to the content loaded from the URL you are attempting to visit. You will need to contact your server administrator for further assistance as this is outside the scope of the osTicket software.

I myself did the installation of the osticket in a Windows environment with wampserver, mysql, mariadb and apache, even though I don't have much knowledge, I found it strange that it works on the host normally, but in the stations of the Forbidden error in the url that was created in the installation of the OSTICKET .
Our software doesn’t forbid anything by default. Your webserver is simply forbidding the content. You really need to look at your logs and figure out what’s going on.
