Has anyone ever had an issue with Edge/Chrome when a user is filling out the ticket and the auto draft save errors out and they lost everything they wrote. I'm not seeing anything logged in to a log file.

I've also noticed that users have a harder issue with logging in from Edge - if we clear their cache it will work for a while and then they are not able to log into the ticket system as user.
