Login Page 404 Error

Hey! Whenever I go to my OSTicket site, and go to the login page and hit "I'm an agent" I get bought to my /mysupport/scp which leads me to a 404 and I have to add /mysupport/scp/login.php anyone know a fix to my issue?

Sounds like your webserver isn’t loading index.php by default. When visiting /scp your webserver is supposed to load /scp/index.php automatically. You can research Apache's DirectoryIndex setting for more information.

Thanks for the reply. Though, I'm not using an Apache Server - I'm using shared hosting with Hostinger (litespeed) server. is there still a fix for my issue?

Same thing applies. I would contact your host and have them assist you. Like I said above, visiting just /scp should automatically load /scp/index.php which will then check if you are authenticated and either bring you to the login page or the Ticket Queue.

Hey Kevin, I checked with my host and they gave me this - It seems there is an error within OSTicket to make it redirect to a 404 page as seen below
Do you know a fix? And where can I edit the files?

That shouldn't happen with vanilla osTicket. Something seems to be wrong with the webserver setup. Does your host allow .htaccess files? If not that's definitely an issue.

Yea that is a third party mod that we did not develop nor maintain/support. You can try with vanilla osTicket and see if you have the same issue. If not, then you need to contact the maker of the mod. If so, then you’ll have to ask your hosting provider why the server doesn’t load index.php by default.
