After hours of searching, I'm hoping someone can give me a succinct answer to a fix. I have the LDAP plug-in. I upgraded from 1.15x to 1.17.3 (ca95150). MySQL: 8.0.31. PHP: 8.1.18. I have also downloaded and installed the latest LDAP plugin (v0.6.2). Created an instances; it successfully connected using the settings I previously used. I enabled/activated the plugin. But when I try logging in a user, I get simply "Access Denied". Apache log is no help. OSTicket Dashboard System Logs show:
