KevinTheJedi Thank you. What are the system requirements then? The installation page here: https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Installation.html#prerequisites does not list what the preferred OS or Web Server is. Just PHP and MySQL Database versions
We list the requirements in the GitHub repo as well as the download page.
KevinTheJedi I'm looking at the GitHub repo, and there is no place specifically that states for example: Linux or Ubuntu or CentOS.
Is one preferred over the other?
No, OS doesn’t matter as long as it can run the prerequisites (Apache/LiteSpeed/IIS webserver, PHP 8.0-8.1, and MySQL 5.5+ [or MariaDB equivalent]).
