Since migrating to Oauth2 in December, fetch has been mostly working. On two instances, fetching stopped functioning, and incoming email sat in the inbox of the email account. We received no notification of this (reauthenticating with Oauth2 resolved). I am wondering if OSTicket logs the results of fetch checks. The fetch runs every minute. Ideally, if such a log exists, we can create a Nagios check for failures, thus be notified right away if fetch stops working, Thanks.
