I am a new osTicket user. I read somewhere that you can:
1 - Create a request ticket over the email
2 - Parse the fields listed in the email and add it to your custom form.
Right now I am able to perform #1 but I can't make #2 work. I read somewhere that you need to specify the field and value to use in your email like below
country: Australia
company_name: My Company
Wherein "country" & "company_name" are both variables in one of my custom forms.
