I would like to display an information entered in the ticket on the customer's ticket overview page. For the moment I can only see Ticket number - Date - Status - Subject - Department. I have created a text field (location) that I am able to display in the ticket overview on the agent side. I had to edit the queues for that and it works. However, I can't change the queues/overview on the customer side. Is there any way to display this information in the customer-side ticket overview
