Custom plugin $this->getConfig() don't work in osTicket (v1.17.3)

Hi, I have this plugin https://github.com/luispimenta/whatsfy-osticket

which works perfectly with osticket osTicket (v1.15.2) or smaller, but I updated to osTicket (v1.17.3) and $this->getConfig() always returns nil, does anyone know what was changed in this last version?

I found the situation, it's because instances config, I made a new plugin for osticket 1.17 https://github.com/luispimenta/whatsfy-osticket-1-17
