We have a problem that might have happened to you at some point and therefore we would like to ask if you can help us out.
Our company has an external supervisor that from time to time will login in the system to look around for pourposes of quality control and language/communication uniformization. The catch is: We would like to constrain that person viewing only the CLOSED tickets and not those currently open/under development.
Is it possible to achieve something like that without creating additional groups or moving the tickets to another group manually?
Our version of the OSTicket is the cloud based solution, so we do not have access to the code to change it.

    This Forum is for the open-source product. Since you are using the cloud-hosted version you can contact us directly through our website, email, or phone number and we can further assist you.

    Since we are already here, I will go ahead and say that you can create a "closed" Department and only give the supervisor access to it. Then have Agents Refer the Tickets to the "closed" Department before closing and then the supervisor will only see the closed Tickets.
