Creating Tasks,stuck on loading, F12 gives: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" ax.php/tasks/add:1

tested with cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1
Found that Alerts & Notice are graeyd out not working
