OsTicket integration with Opencart

I am building an ecommerce store which is based on Opencart.

I would like to have support ticket system without live chat feature. I would like to integrate OsTicket with Opencart that automatically import user data along with username, password and order ID from opencart database in case client wants any support from me.

Is this possible?????

Sure its possible.

The basics are that you would need to access the session data for the current user and then write a custom login sequence for osTicket to query the opencart db to get the users name, email, phone and auto-populate those fields.

It's not trivial, but it sounds do-able.
