Export isn´t working about reports

Hello everyone,

When I try to use the export option from Ticket, it allow me to select options from a list, then clicking export buttom and isn´t working, I attachet 2 images about the problem. Anyone have the same problem and a solution.

Version OS Tickets: (v1.17.3)
Browser: Chrome / Edge
