Add attachment to ticket automatically ical

I have a script that generates a ical file that I want to automatically add to a ticket email, can anyone point me in the right direction, I know this will require code level changes the file is stored on the same server so could easily access the files.

What exactly do you mean? Add it to new ticket creation or existing tickets? In the Ticket header or attached to a thread entry?

So when I reply to the ticket the attachment is attached to the email, like I have attached it using the attach file button but automatically.
