Can't add organizations

If I want to add a new Organization I get greyed out fields. Someone has an idea why this could be?

Sounds like the field's visibility permissions are borked. Someone was editing something they weren't supposed to or didn't know how to lol Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Organization Information, update each of the fields' visibility permissions (click Config > Settings), and retest.
