Mailer Daemon added as a collaborator

Hi,

I would like to avoid any interference of any end user in an existing ticket. Specially Malformed Emails such as Mailer daemon.

How to avoid such behavior?

OST Version: 1.17.2
PHP Version: 8.0

I saw an option under Admin=>Emails=>Settings=>Incoming email section.
Accept Email Collaborators:

Should I uncheck that option?

Please share your thoughts.

Add the mailer daemon to the System Banlist to stop it from being added. As for the invalid emails, there is really no way to avoid that; typos happen, we're all human.
