Our company just switch to Microsoft for mail and other services.
So i am trying ti migrate our Osticket.
With a fresh installation, after following this tutorial Osticket Microsoft Authorization Guide and this one howtohelpdesk how-to-setup-oauth-on-osticket-using-microsoft-365 - https://howtohelpdesk[dot]com/how-to-setup-oauth-on-osticket-using-microsoft-365/, i'm unable to make it work
I had to enter my crendantials at Microsoft, i had to Accept permission, and in return i have a valid token in Osticket. But when i want to enable Email Fetching, i got a error.
cannot connect to host ; error = fsockopen(): Unable to connect to ssl://outlook.office365.com:993 (Connection timed out) (errno = 0 )
osTicket Installation
osTicket Version v1.17.3 (ca95150) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.56 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.5.18
PHP Version 8.2.4
